Installation accessories

FAKRO installation accessories are designed to support the proper integration of roof windows with the roof structure. The use of an insulated, vapour-permeable underfelt collar together with an airtight flashing helps improve the thermal and moisture performance of the window installation. When used in accordance with installation guidelines, original accessories contribute to the long-term and reliable operation of FAKRO roof windows. The installation accessories help reduce the risk of thermal bridges and support the effective drainage of moisture from the area surrounding the roof window. Original FAKRO internal linings facilitate a quick and aesthetically consistent interior finish. Correct installation of the lining elements, with the lower lining positioned perpendicular to the floor and the upper lining parallel to the floor, is important for optimising both daylight distribution and air circulation within the window recess. For vertical window combinations, the Duet slat can be used to connect adjacent windows. Its design is intended to complement the wooden elements of FAKRO roof windows and provide a consistent appearance.
